Clean and cozy, but noisy near the entrance. A bit chilly at night.

The hotel was nicely decorated and the staff caring, ideal location in the downtown Georgetown area. Location: the property was near to Michelin starred restaurants and a short walk to the hustle. I randomly popped in Le Pain Quotidien serving some pastries, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, it was nice. The rooms themselves were a nice size with a bathtub.

No complains at all, overall ideal and picturesque place.
Spotless, unique room provided with the garden and the bedroom plus the photos-airy.

The details you care about most
This place has the perfect location in Georgetown, letting you explore easily. The garden is beautiful and relaxing, while the kitchen downstairs is great for grabbing snacks after sightseeing. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Just a small hiccup with a beeping smoke detector. Would definitely come back!

Spotless and updated unit with a bathtub, a garden view and comfortable bed. Great food selection. Marvellous location to the national mall, easy to get anywhere. Near the happening areas of Georgetown, and well kept garden. The hotel of choice in Washington...
Beds were too soft.

The room I booked was surrounded by a small but well kept garden and available with a soaking tub as well as complementary wine. Its amazing, suburban location was a plus.

Modern bathroom, Quiet air conditioning, Easy access with door code
Room 7 seemed like a basement dungeon with minimal natural light!!! Sounds from above and the hallway echoed throughout, breaking any semblance of peace. More insulation would be a big plus for that room!!!

Could this be the unicorn we're all looking for?
I was enchanted by the beautiful location, just a stroll from amazing shops and restaurants. The staff was wonderful and accommodating!
The bathroom space felt cramped with a tiny shower and a toilet tucked away. The patio led to the street.

charming stay but room layout needs improvement
The lush garden views were good! The location is superb. I loved the personal touches in the decor. I enjoyed the outdoor space, even if it wasn't fully usable due to street access. The ambiance was inviting and serene.
The bathroom layout was cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our stay, especially the tranquil gardens! The Beautiful Queen Room was cozy, but sound from the kitchen could be heard early. Breakfast offered good baked goods but could use variety. Consider early check-in for a quieter experience, as it gets busy later. A lovely spot.

The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions. We checked out the waterfront and enjoyed local food spots. The terrace was lovely for evening hangouts. Just note, the breakfast could have more variety, and I wish there were more options besides carbs.
One staff member seemed unwelcoming , which lowered the overall vibe. I didn't appreciate the attitude when asking about happy hour refreshments.
